We don’t recommend any unnecessary service work.
This doesn’t mean we do a half job, this means that we take your budget and the status of your vehicles into account. We won’t recommend that you service your brakes if we know they can safely last until the next service. But, you have excessive damage to your tyre? We will let you know to replace it to avoid a potential breakdown, accident or even increased fuel costs.
Our experience and foundation for our offering
Total Auto Group have had a fleet maintenance solution for over 20 years. Initially servicing large (100+) vehicle fleets in North Melbourne, we made the decision to focus our efforts on small to medium size fleets because we realised we could make the most impact with these clients.
We were able to convert specific processes and lessons to create a genuinely efficient approach to servicing small to medium sized fleets.
An interesting approach we take when servicing your network is that we look for patterns in your service or repair work. We provide feedback on work that may be occurring a little too frequently and offer input and advice on how to help bring things back into line.
